Hi, I am Ramin! Welcome to my blog.
I am 25 years old and live in Germany. The two things I love most and that also inspired me to start a blog are
movement & learning
Movement is like an art through which we can express ourselves. That’s why I do parkour, but also calisthenics, hand balancing and normal weight lifting. So basically everything to gain more strength and control over my body.
On the other hand I also enjoy reading a lot because I think it is a great way to learn more about topics I am interested in. These topics include:

About my blog
The word Palavan is derived from the Persian word پهلوان (Pahlavān) which stands for strong athletic man, or put in a broader context the strongest version of yourself. That’s why the term “Fitness” as I define it goes beyond the conventional meaning. Fitness for me not only means being fit physically but also to grow mentally and spiritually every day. Because in the end all of us have to adapt to life’s changes. Be it to grow stronger, master certain moves or to be happier and more fulfilled in our lifes.
That’s why this blog not merely focuses on work out and nutrition but also on philosophy and personal development.
We should all strive to be the strongest version of ourselves each and every day. So we can build our dreams and help others to fulfill theirs.
However, I think you shouldn’t take anything for granted or believe in anything before you have built your own opinion. I will therefore try to back up my blog posts with studies or articles as much as possible and encourage you to do your own research and draw your own conclusions.
